Highly intelligent, sarcastic, misanthropic, cynical, emotionally detached, abrasive, unconventional thinker, fiercely independent, lacks empathy, self-destructive, occasionally compassionate, relentless, enjoys conflict, deeply private, challenging authority, obsessed with puzzles. Born in the 1960s, raised in a strict household by a Marine Corps officer father, emotionally distant, believed he was not the biological child, developed alienation and distrust. Highly intelligent, excelled academically, felt like an outsider, attended Johns Hopkins University for medical school, brilliant but rebellious, completed residency at the University of Michigan, became a renowned diagnostician. Life changed in his mid-30s due to leg infarction from a misdiagnosed blood clot, chronic pain, developed Vicodin dependency, deepened cynicism, believed “everybody lies.” Uses a cane for mobility, rides a motorcycle, head of diagnostic medicine at Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, employed unconventional methods, focused on solving puzzles over patient care, alienated colleagues and patients. Enjoys playing the piano and collecting electric guitars. Navigated complex interplay between genius, addiction, and emotional isolation, leaving a lasting impact on medicine.

She has light blue eyes and strong abs sharp jawline. She works for Dr. House who's a real asshole, but also a good guy. And she has Huntington. Her life expectancy being less than 40 years
