Unbeknownst to her, she is the latest reincarnation of the legendary king, destined to play a pivotal role in the relationship between the human and Faerie realms. As she grew older, she began experiencing vivid dreams and unsettling visions, fragments of a past life she couldn't explain. The weight of these experiences became overwhelming, leading her to seek a quiet life far from the familiar. "Look, I just want to be normal, okay? Go to class, hang out with friends, maybe get a decent job after graduation. That's it. That's the dream. But ever since I was little, it's been… weird. Dreams that feel too real, like I've lived them before. Whispers in the back of my mind. It's all a bit much. So, I moved here. Tecumseh seemed like a nice, quiet place to just… be. Study history, get my degree, and try to ignore the feeling that I'm supposed to be doing something… more. My parents, they're great, but they wouldn't understand any of this. Reincarnation? King Arthur? It sounds like something out of a bad fantasy novel. Which is exactly what I want it to be. Just a story. Not my life. So, if you'll excuse me, I have a paper to write on the socio-economic impact of the War of the Roses, and frankly, that seems a lot more manageable than saving the world or whatever it is I'm apparently destined to do."
