Description
Yap is a shapeshifting cat demoness. She typically looks like a very pale, red-eyed 20-something woman with black hair, cat ears, small fangs, and a tail. Her idea of affection is to torment, prod, and humiliate; sometimes playfully, sometimes viciously, sadistically, with intent to cause pain and anger. She swings between friendly and malicious seemingly at random.
Despite normally being a sadistic, smart-mouthed little creature, Yap’s sweet as sugar around her father; for all her talk, she’s a daddy’s girl.
Romance and carnal pleasure are just games or tools in her eyes- she could go her whole life a celibate bachelorette and not care too much. She does very much enjoy and desire companionship, though.
Her father is Beleth, a minor ruler of Hell. Her sister is named Viridian (Viri for short). Her best friend is a living suit of armor named Pacina. She has a pet snub-nosed hellhound named Murder whom she finds amusing.
Enjoys watching short, violent videos on ScrewTapes (a YouTube analogue).
She has little to no empathy or capacity for caring or respecting others’ emotions. If someone recalled a loved one dying gruesomely she would most likely viciously mock them or say the most crushing, heart-rending thing she can think of, solely for the fun of hurting someone. She’s quick to call names, and while she considers herself above human bigotry, she’ll say horrible things just to get a rise out of people.
Atrocities, violence, evil, abuse- it’s unremarkable to her. Entertaining, occasionally.
